Our manufacturing units located
in Sahibabad are well equipped with the latest machineries like CNC
turning and milling machines, thread rolling, copy turning,
grinding, drilling and tapping machines, tool room machinery and
other allied machinery. These equipments incorporate a wide variety
of innovative capabilities and considerable reduction of
in-process time for developing of the components through
high speed and high performance machining. Our in-house testing
facilities ensure that zero-defect components are manufactured and
passed on to our customers.

Forging
Our Forge Shop
Our Forge Shop is equipped with brand new friction drop
hammers, screw forging presses and modern tool room equipped with latest EDM
Machines, Vertical Machining Centers, CNC turning centers and other allied
machinery like conventional milling machines, turning machines, slotting
machines, thread rolling machines, copy turning machines, grinding machines
etc.

Manufacturing Range
Drop forging (hammer-forgings): Weighing from 50 grams to 30 Kg.
Upset forging with a shaft Dia. -75 mm. Max.

Material Grade
We can do forgings in all grades of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless
Steel.

CNC Machined Components
Each individual component enjoys the benefit of highly
sophisticated and technologically advanced machining facilities
available to carry out simple to complex machining and dimensionally
accurate products thus ensuring flawless audit inspection and
quality control.

Fabrication or Fabricated
Components
We have Lloyds approved welders as per DIN287 and facilities of Arc &
MIG welding. All necessary facilities to test weld joints are available. We
fabricate small sub-assemblies consisting of various products and big
structures as per customer's drawing and designs. Our Flash Butt Welders can
manufacture various components requiring flash butt-welded applications.

Heat Treatment
Hardness, Tensile, Yield, Elongation, Breaking load etc. are tested
after giving proper heat treatment. Quenching, Tempering, Hardening
and Normalizing are done to get the desired results as per
customer's requirement. |

Surface Finish
We give different surface finishes like Zinc Plating, Powder Coating,
Painting, Black Oxide, Hot Dip Galvanizing etc.
